All of our glaziers are competent, time served glaziers who are accomplished in both traditional and up to date methods of glazing. Glazing repairs – We carry out glazing repairs using traditional putty pointing methods. We can replace anything from a very small pane of glass to replacing a large pane in a very big window.
Double glazed units – Did you know that if your double glazed units are damaged or have failed and have condensation in them, they can be replaced without affecting the rest of your window? We can replace double glazed units in timber, u.P.V.C. or aluminium windows.
Shop fronts – We will quickly respond to any damage caused by theft or vandalism and replace the glass in your shop windows so that you can get on with limited disruption and loss of business.
Lead lights – We offer a full repair or restoration service to your broken lead lights. We can even restore original lead lights and have them fitted inside a double glazed unit so that you can have new modern frames, yet retain the character of your traditional windows. Alternatively, we can produce authentic looking lead lights using modern films which are attached to the glass.
Remedial work – Have your handles or hinges broken, or are your door or window mechanisms struggling to work? Are you wrestling with your patio door to slide it closed? Has the company that fitted them closed down? We stock a wide variety of different handles, hinges, mechanisms and patio door wheels that can be fitted to your existing windows, doors and patio doors. If we don’t have them in stock, we will try our best to get them in for you.
Mirrors – All of our mirrors are custom made to measure and can be cut in a variety of shapes and sizes to a template. We offer simple polished mirrors or intricate bevelled and brilliant cut ones. All our mirrors have a film adhered to the rear of them for your safety. All mirrors can be fitted in your home if required.
Safety glass – All of your current glass can be replaced with laminated or toughened safety glass to bring your windows up to the latest safety standards.
Window films - We can adhere a variety of window films to your existing windows. There are different types of film to suit a range of applications, including safety films, solar films and anti-bomb films.
Cat or Dog flaps – Would you like to have a cat or dog flap fitted but don’t know where to start? We can fit them into single glazing, double glazed units, u.P.V.C. panels and timber doors. Phone us for details before you buy your cat flap.
Extractor fans – We can cut holes in glass for extractor or ventilation fans.
Greenhouse glass – We can supply glass for your new greenhouse or replace any damaged glass that may break.
Glass processing – we have a glass cutting and processing department, where class can be cut to size. If required, the glass can be cut to a template and the edges can be polished so that they can be formed into table tops and shelves. We also have specialist machines that can drill holes in glass.
